Observation and confirmation are separate responsibilities
Blockchain observation records evidence from configured networks. Confirmation requirements and lifecycle transitions are evaluated by the existing payment authority rather than by browser presentation.
Webhooks keep merchant systems informed
Implemented webhook delivery supports signed events, bounded retries, environment separation, and idempotent operational handling.
